Your Role And Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of our equipment, instrumentation and control systems at customer facilities and reporting these site activities
- Troubleshooting, upgrades and major repairs
- Flexible implementation of customer requests, adjustment and optimization of applied technologies
- Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
- Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
- Training and instructing new colleagues or customers on our machines.

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proficiency in Turkish for local field operations; strong command of English at a technical level (verbal and written) is essential
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field
- Strong willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, with no travel restrictions.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or TIG welding, parts manufacturing, and pneumatics
- Familiarity with PLC programming, particularly Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, is a significant advantage
- Competency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to meet expectations in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to representing and protecting the company’s interests
- Military service completed is preferred for male candidates.
