Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing service projects from post-delivery until final acceptance and handover to the customer. You will ensure smooth execution of installation, commissioning and project closure phases in alignment with Krones standards and customer expectations.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Planning and coordinating installation activities after machine delivery, including tendering and contractor selection processes
- Preparing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring timely execution of all milestones
- Tracking on-site installation works and ensuring compliance with project scope, safety and quality standards
- Organizing and leading project kick-off meetings with customers to align on scope, responsibilities and readiness
- Coordinating commissioning activities and following up technical progress until final acceptance
- Managing technical issues during installation and commissioning by coordinating with headquarters (Germany) and relevant stakeholders
- Handling customer-related challenges onsite and ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Organizing and coordinating OEM technicians and service resources throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and taking proactive corrective actions
- Ensuring proper project documentation, reporting and successful handover to the customer
- Supporting continuous improvement of service project execution processes

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project / site / team management, preferably in industrial machinery, FMCG or bottling/packaging industry
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken), Turkish is a must
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction
- Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.) is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently. Travel intensity may vary depending on the project phase.
- No restriction for travelling within Türkiye and abroad.
- Driving license is required
