Your Role
- The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for new machine projects, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution. This role involves managing site operations, supervising installation teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
The Site Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading on-site activities for new rotary machine projects. This includes managing the Krones team during installation, I/O checks, commissioning, and acceptance testing. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with customers and internal planning teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Execution:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for new machine installations and commissioning.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication of tasks and safety protocols.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance audits.
- Technical Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper installation and alignment of rotary machines according to specifications.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site activities.
- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and senior leadership.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations from project plans.
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in machinery installation or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of rotary machines and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- No obstacles for travelling (%90 at field service)
