  • Act as the main contact for customers and help provide solutions.
  • Support and maintain Share2Act and Connected Line/IIoT systems.
  • Manage dashboards, KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Provide 1st‑level support, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.
  • Handle service tickets, claims, escalations, and follow up until resolution.
  • Communicate with customers and engineers through calls, email, meetings, and onsite visits.
  • Analyze production data to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Support rollout, testing, and user acceptance of new digital solutions.
  • Give training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on digital tools.
  • Work closely with production and other departments on digital topics.
  • Keep workflows, SOPs, and documentation up to date. Maintain work records and prepare clear, timely reports.
  • Participate in digital transformation activities at regional/global level.
  • Monitor and manage special tools used in the Digital Service Center. 

Your Profile You contribute

  • 4–7 years’ experience in IT/digitalization and a bachelor’s degree in IT engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Salesforce Case Management, and basic business administration.
  • Experience with Share2Act, Connected Line/IIoT, cloud dashboards, KPIs, and MES/digital manufacturing systems.
  • Strong communication skills for mediating, instructing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, customer orientation, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
  • Good organization, coordination, documentation, and time‑management skills
  • Flexible working hours for global collaboration.
  • Ability and willingness to travel moderately in APAC.
