  • Set up and commission Krones machines across the product portfolio according to the technician’s area of specialization (e.g., filling technology), under the guidance of an experienced Service Technician.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on individual machines within the assigned Business Unit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver technical training to machine operators at customer sites to ensure safe and proper operation of the equipment.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on machine usage and maintenance.
  • Participate in design improvements, working closely with engineering teams to support updates, modifications, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Support quality improvement efforts in alignment with company-wide quality standards and continuous improvement goals.
  • Work independently and autonomously, demonstrating responsibility for assigned tasks and adapting effectively to various work environments.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve machine malfunctions, requesting support where necessary, and actively participating in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate fault and incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, contributing to optimization of work procedures and development of more efficient work steps.

Your Profile You contribute

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Thailand and overseas
  • Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
  • Proficiency in English
