The Regional Head of Life Cycle Service (LCS) Asia Pacific provides strategic and operational leadership for the LCS business across the APAC region, including oversight of supply chain operations, ensuring profitable growth, operational excellence, and cost efficiency while aligning with corporate strategy and maintaining strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management at both regional and global levels. The role also drives close collaboration with Sales teams to align service offerings with commercial strategies, support business development, and deliver integrated solutions that enhance customer value, revenue growth, and market competitiveness.

- Provide regional leadership and strategic direction for all LCS-associated operational activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end LCS business operations within APAC, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with global standards.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for all LCS products and services within the APAC region, including revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Drive cost control and financial discipline for regional LCS operations, identifying optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Act as the regional escalation point for all LCS-related operational, commercial, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Lead and oversee procurement and sourcing activities for LCS within the APAC region in alignment with corporate sourcing strategies.
- Drive the development and expansion of the LCS business in APAC, including new offerings, market penetration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective reporting and communication of LCS performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Head of Region.
- Maintain structured reporting and alignment with Headquarters in Germany on all LCS-related responsibilities, performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for LCS, ensuring availability of parts, inventory optimization, and efficient logistics to support service delivery performance.
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in end‑to‑end lifecycle services, including service operations, aftermarket/service offerings, customer support models, and value‑creation across the product lifecycle
- Strong customer management experience, with confidence in handling technical discussions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external collaboration.
- Strong skill set in consultation, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific region (frequent business trips).
- Experience working in international environments or with multicultural teams.
- People Leadership: Build, coach, and retain high-performing, diverse teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Ops, Product/Service) to win and deliver.
- Strong ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and translate insights into actions that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth
