Lead and manage the overall business operations to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase order intake, expand the customer base, and strengthen market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders, including senior-level executives.

Oversee field service operations and ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and after-sales business growth.

Monitor market trends, industry developments, economic changes, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Coordinate local and regional supply chain activities, ensuring timely parts availability, efficient service support, and proactive risk management.

Manage financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, transfer pricing rules, corporate governance standards, and IFRS reporting obligations.

Act as the primary representative of the company in dealings with auditors, government authorities, banks, insurance providers, customers, and external partners.

Implement and continuously improve internal control systems, risk management practices, and operational processes in alignment with corporate standards.

Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused, and collaborative culture.
Your Profile You contribute

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with proven success in general management, sales leadership, business development, or operations management.

Strong understanding of corporate strategy development, financial management, P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Experience managing sales, service/after-sales operations, engineering, finance, and administrative functions.

Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, labor law, tax regulations, customs requirements, and corporate governance practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to assess business risks and implement effective solutions.

Excellent leadership, coaching, organizational, and people-development skill.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in key account management, negotiation, and customer relationship development.

Experience working within regional or global matrix organizations and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business controls, reporting, and performance analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
