  • Manage and coordinate daily office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and building management on office facilities, maintenance, and repair matters.
  • Coordinate office maintenance activities, inspections, and workplace improvements.
  • Monitor inventory and procure office supplies, stationery, furniture, equipment, pantry, and cleaning items.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and verify invoices related to administrative expenses.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, including asset inventories, utility expenses, and company vehicle documentation.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain a professional working environment.
  • Support company vehicle administration, including maintenance, insurance, registration renewals, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate building access and work permits for external contractors.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to administrative processes and documentation.

Your Profile You contribute

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and data management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
