- Manage and coordinate daily office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and building management on office facilities, maintenance, and repair matters.
- Coordinate office maintenance activities, inspections, and workplace improvements.
- Monitor inventory and procure office supplies, stationery, furniture, equipment, pantry, and cleaning items.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and verify invoices related to administrative expenses.
- Maintain and update administrative records, including asset inventories, utility expenses, and company vehicle documentation.
- Oversee office cleanliness and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain a professional working environment.
- Support company vehicle administration, including maintenance, insurance, registration renewals, and record keeping.
- Coordinate building access and work permits for external contractors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to administrative processes and documentation.
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and data management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Service-minded, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
