  • Provide expert support for process technology, flowsheets, flow diagrams, water treatment, CIP/SIP, and Contiflow systems
  • Support aseptic operations, including H₂O₂ handling, hygiene, validation, and filler/blowmolder processes.
  • Deliver 1st‑level technical support, diagnose issues, manage service tickets, and prepare reports.
  • Communicate with customers and engineers, provide coaching, and offer solution-focused consulting.
  • Handle claims, manage special tools, track work records, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and act as a primary liaison for Process & Aseptic topics.
  • Transfer technical knowledge and support onsite when required.
  • Support Academy training for customers and service engineers.

Your Profile You contribute

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years’ experience in process/aseptic engineering.
  • Strong customer‑management skills and ability to work across teams, departments, and business units.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and CRM systems.
  • Good business administration knowledge.
  • Proficient in English; German is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good organization, coordination, time‑management, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills; flexible working hours.
  • Extensive business travel in the APAC region.
  • Able to work with internal interfaces and external partners (customers, suppliers).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
