  • Manage and optimize engineer planning and allocation across installation, maintenance, and service activities 

  • Support LCS Centers/Subsidiaries in resolving manpower gaps and balancing workloads 

  • Coordinate cross-regional resource sharing, including export of manpower during peak demand or idle periods 

  • Support Service and LCS Project Managers in planning and execution 

  • Coordinate installation activities including drawings, logistics, project briefings, and staffing requirements 

  • Ensure timely mobilization of engineers and specialists 

  • Coordinate rapid response for breakdowns by mobilizing suitable specialists from regional hubs or Krones AG 

  • Ensure service execution meets quality and customer expectations 

  • Identify regional training needs and support training planning with the Regional Training Coordinator 

  • Strengthen FSE technical capability and readiness across the region 

  • Ensure timely submission and central control of site reports and documentation 

  • Maintain configuration control and ensure accurate information sharing with LCS Centers and Krones AG 

  • Evaluate FSE performance and quality of service execution 

  • Provide feedback and ensure adherence to operational standardsquality. 

  • Provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to company standards. 

  • Ensure proper execution of interventions and alignment with customer expectations. 

Your Profile You contribute

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering 

  • 4–7 years experience (internal FSE development preferred) 

  • Strong SAP and resource planning skills 

  • Proven leadership and coordination capability 

  • Strong communication skills (internal & customer-facing) 

  • Fluent English
