To manage and execute the installation, commissioning and handover of Krones machinery and lines to customers on time, considering quality, budget and resources (human and equipment).
To be responsible for the technical coordination and management of all workers on site (Krones employees and subcontractors) during the realization of the assigned project; possible range of responsibility: up to 200 workers at a time.
To communicate and negotiate with the customer and the subcontractors -in terms of planning, managing the project on site as well as technical issues.
To be responsible for the reporting on site.
To be in charge of incident management on site.
To ensure compliance with all relevant legal and administrative regulations on site (e.g. working hours)
To ensure occupational safety on site (all relevant HSE topics).
To be in charge of adequate project preparation and clarification with the respective project managers.
To be responsible for optimized workforce management in consultation with the respective project managers.
To evaluate and validate the work performance of Krones employees, subcontractors and third-party suppliers.
To actively support internal process optimization and implementation of corporate goals for International Operation Services (IOS).

Your Profile You contribute

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Education or Engineering.
4-7 years of experience in plant or process engineering.
Willing to travel
Good English communication.
