Job Description
- Act as Technical Support 1st Level
- Communicate and support customers' and engineers’ problems via phone, email, conference and face-to-face meetings.
- Create and manage customer service ticket clarification or prioritize escalation to management level and to diagnose the issue and record report when the issue is resolved.
- Monitor and determine special tools to facilitate supporting
- Support and manage claim issue
- Act as the primary liaison between company and customers
- Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems
- Prepare accurate and timely report
- Transfer technical knowledge to engineer
- Onsite support customer and Engineers’ work issue and problems from time-to-time
- Coaching and audit engineer in order development process
- Support Academy in term of customer trainer and service trainer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechatronics or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience relating to beverage packaging machinery
- Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in teams
- Good English communication skill
