Your Role
- As the Executive Assistant, you will be the strategic right hand to the Regional Head of Sales for Western Europe, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling high-impact decision-making. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential communications, and support key projects across the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements (including multi-country Western Europe itineraries and occasional global region syncs), and expense reports
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and sales material using advanced MS Office Suite skills to support regional leadership and global alignment meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, exhibitions, and communications across Western Europe in close collaboration with the Assistant to the Head of Inside Sales Western Europe at our headquarters in Neutraubling, Germany
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries for the Western Europe region, including contributions to global reporting
Your Profile You contribute
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (ideally supporting regional or multi-region leadership)
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a plus
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (complex animations, data visualization, template design, master slides, branding consistency, and global template standardization)
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and business insights
- Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel (KPI tracking and global dashboards), Word (reports), and Outlook (cross-region scheduling)
- Skilled in collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for seamless global coordination
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, multi-region environment
- A proactive mindset and a high level of discretion
