Overall
- You own the strategic relationship and profitable growth of our most important regional and multi-country customers whose regional or global HQ is in Western Europe
- Full P&L ownership for your assigned key accounts in Western Europe
Be the “One Face to the Customer”
- Regular top-to-top meetings at HQ level (CPO, VP Procurement, Head of Maintenance, etc.)
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies and joint business plans
- Lead or support central/regional frame agreements and contract negotiations
Growth & profitability
- Drive cross-border opportunities for new machines and after-sales contracts
- Secure machine specifications that favour our after-sales business
- Actively manage pricing corridors and conditions for machines and after-sales business across countries
- Increase installed-base penetration
Internal orchestration & governance
- Own the regional key account plan in the CRM
- Run short regular alignment calls with Local Account Sponsors (sales + service)
- Closely collaborate with colleagues in the Regional Sales Desk Western Europe
- Closely align and interact with all stakeholders in all subsidiaries across Region Western Europe
Your Profile You contribute
- 10+ years B2B sales/key-account management experience, ideally in multi-country or regional key account roles
- Proven track record in Sales
- Strong commercial/financial acumen (P&L ownership, frame-agreement negotiation, pricing discipline)
- Demonstrated ability to steer without hierarchical power in matrix organizations
- Willingness to travel frequently and build personal relationships at senior and executive level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- Additional European languages a strong plus
