Your role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Specialist – Siemens Teamcenter at Krones Digital Solutions India.

The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first- and second-level support for Siemens Teamcenter in an international environment. He/She will analyze and resolve incidents, handle service requests, support upgrades and migrations, and collaborate with global PLM teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, technical experts, and cross-functional teams while being the interface between the business and the PLM environment.

This role will be based out of our Bangalore office and will report directly to the Engineering Manager, KDSI.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for Siemens Teamcenter users globally
  • Analyze and independently resolve incidents and service requests
  • Support Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and environment migrations
  • Document troubleshooting steps, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with international PLM and engineering teams to ensure system stability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation in support processes
  • Ensure timely, high-quality resolution of issues following established SLAs

 

 

You Contribute

What are we looking for

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in PLM support, specifically Siemens Teamcenter
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in Teamcenter installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of BMIDE, Active Workspace (AWC), and interfaces such as T4EA/T4S (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) desirable
  • Strong independence, reliability, and analytical thinking
  • High willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Target- and results-oriented approach
  • Initiative, responsibility, and team orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work according to German working hours
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
