- Monitoring and error handling for Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management processes and interfaces (e.g. qRFC, WEB Service and Idoc interfaces)
- Coordination and support for SAP release
- First Level Support for Key-Users, assessment and processing of service tickets
- Project support within global rollout activity
- Working with SAP for me and ServiceNow
Your Profile You contribute
- Experience: Min 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transportation Management.
- Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or any equivalent degree
- Knowledge of using SAP for me and SAP documentation portals (e.g. Extended Warehouse Management Community)
- Process knowledge / overview of SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transportation Management.
- Knowledge and understanding the business processes and technical processes
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Strong written, verbal and Presentation skills.
- Good Analytical skills and Logical Skills
- Customer and solution-oriented thinking
- Initiative, responsible and Strong team orientation
- Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Safe and friendly appearance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Should be flexible to work according to German timings
- Should have worked in multi-cultural environment
- Strong Communication Skill.
