Processing and controlling SAP workflows for service orders

Cooperation, coordination and optimization of assignment planning, together with the customer

Resolving incidents (travel, organization etc.)

Reviewing the travel reports of service technicians and external service providers

Engaging in the invoicing process for service activities
Your Profile You contribute
- Happy to work in a team
- Enjoying frequent interactions with colleagues inside and outside of Romania

- Willingness to learn and develop
- Proactive “can do” attitude
- Being a skilled coordinator / organizer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/ Microsoft 365 (experience with Salesforce and/or SAP would be plus)
- High proficiency in Romanian and English is a must
