• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial plans to optimize profitability and capital structure.
• Supervise and analyze financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and balance sheets to ensure liquidity and transparency.
• Gather, analyze, and present financial data to predict trends, evaluate opportunities, and propose strategies to address challenges and strengthen the financial position.• Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s assets.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial and operational objectives, as well as work jointly on reports and strategies with other subsidiaries.
• Review and update financial procedures, policies, and systems to support expansion, scalability, and operational transparency.

Your Profile – You Contribute With

Education and Experience

• High School: Graduate of Bachillerato, Accounting Technician, or related field
• University: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Master’s studies in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar financial roles, preferably with team supervision experience
• Previous experience in the financial management of Central American and Caribbean countries is desirable

• Proficiency in analysis tools and financial management systems
