Key responsibilities:

Supporting users and consulting upper level SAP support colleagues
IT SAP support ticket handling
Error analysis, troubleshooting, debugging and administration
Suppoert the implementation & optimization of SAP S/4 HANA
Suppoert key users in testing new system releases
Collaborate with key user team to ensure SAP system processes are aligned with business process requirements
Analyze, define and document business process requirements and SAP interfaces
Identify and recimmend cost-effective ways to streamline business processes and to eliminate redundant or outdated procedures and processes
Creating and updating system documentation
Preparation of specifications, development documentation, training materials and user manuals
Highly customer-oriented, analytical mindset, responsiility for high quality services

Your Profile You contribute

Relevant IT engineering degree or equivalent knowledge
Practical experience with SAP S/4 Hana Moduls like EWM & MM, ME, PP (Costumizing Experience is required)
Experience with working in international & global teams
Experience with ServiceNOW system
Fluent is English and/or German
Process experience in the manufacturing industry
