- End-to-end preparation and planning of production and assembly processes
- Developing resource and capacity plans for production and assembly operations, and aligning them with customer requirements
- Describing production and assembly processes, defining them at a system level, and determining their key parameters
- Monitoring orders for tools, equipment, and components, and reordering when necessary
- Continuously updating and maintaining data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Your Profile You contribute

Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in business, economics, or engineering is an advantage
- A technical mindset combined with a strong understanding of the interrelationships between demand, capacity, and material supply
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience; applications from recent graduates are also welcome
- Experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Active English language proficiency at a professional working level is essential (both written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage
- User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork abilities
