Main responsibilities:

• Own full P&L responsibility for the regional Life Cycle Service (LCS) and on site assembly business (assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines or complete systems at the customer's site), from market development to results realization.
• Define and develop the regional International Operations and Services (IOS) strategy in alignment with global corporate and IOS objectives, aligning its application and execution with the other members of the regional committee.
• Actively shape the ongoing development of teams and organizational units, identifying development needs.
• Lead transformation initiatives and drive process optimization, cost reduction, and the implementation of global IOS standards and best practices.
• Drive profitable growth, customer satisfaction, pricing strategies, and the achievement of financial and operational targets across the Latin America region.
• Lead the regional IOS organization and ensure effective execution of operations, logistics, projects, and the full service value chain.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing service performance through LCS KPIs and continuous service improvement.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and standards, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align regional activities with global strategy and decision-making.

Main qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or completed college education) in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field is required; a master's degree is considered a differentiator. 
  Proven strategic business and commercial leadership experience.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in IOS / LCS or comparable international service or after-sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of after-sales, lifecycle services, machinery and equipment businesses, and regional LA markets.
• Proven ability to navigate complex international and matrix environments.
• Professional, confident, and authentic leadership style.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• A mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and diverse teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Broad cross-functional and regional network.
• Excellent knowledge of English and either Portuguese or Spanish; German is a strong advantage.
• Availability to work on-site (in person) on a daily basis in the Great São Paulo region, Brazil.
• Availability for short- and medium-duration professional travel
