The Field Services Intern will be responsible for improving and developing various processes within the service department, with a focus on maximizing efficiency. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience for a young graduate looking to gain practical skills in the field of industrial engineering
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Improving/developing the EMM for stable Service Forecasting and supporting the Utilization Target
- Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM
- Provide support with general administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, assisting with team needs, and organizing new tools and uniform handling procedures to streamline operations and maintain consistency across the organization.
- Support the implementation of Archiving Standards for Service Reports to improve data management and accessibility.
- Developing Power BI for invoicing
- Support automation in Dispatching and Invoicing
- Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM
Your Profile You contribute
Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a combination of engineering and economics knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work independently, and with a team.
