- Manage strategic projects in collaboration with the local LCS team offering solutions according to local requirements and budget control.
- Responsible for MEA IOS budget planning and business responsibility for IOS LCS.
- Coordinate the annual P&L planning including the operating performance and volume planning.
- Lead and drive digitalization initiatives, including the development and optimization of e-business solutions and the establishment and management of a digital service centre to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Define and optimize the product structure in regard to the present and future value-added processes.
- Produce concepts for maintenance contracts, spare parts and sets including calculations and quotations to customers.
- Lead and develop the LCS department of the region in line with the Krones AG guidelines and regional strategy.
- Manage the revenue and profit and loss account of the department.
- Provide support to the regional management and subsidiaries with respect to the setup and expansion of LCS related activities.
- Collaborate with subsidiary and global LCS department to ensure alignment and IOS regions.
- Identify the regional business strategy and make business decisions for the IOS Region, including resource allocation and investment decisions within the framework of corporate guidelines.
- Drive the profitable expansion and utilization of LCS activities in the region, including decisions regarding the deployment of installation resources across countries.
- Develop and implement competitive LCS structures to ensure long-term sustainability and market relevance.
Your Profile You contribute
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Project management or equivalent; PMP certification preferred
- Proven working experience of more than 10 years in Project Management and Engineering
- Driving technical innovation
- Ensuring operational excellence
- Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills
- Delivering scalable solutons that meet customer requirements.
