As the PT Sales Manager (Sub-Saharan Africa), based in Africa, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of Krones’ Process Technology (PT) portfolio across Sub-Saharan Africa. Comparable to the existing MENA Sales role, it focuses on developing PT business opportunities in close collaboration with Field Sales, regional Krones entities, and internal PT organizations, with an initial emphasis on Krones’ core beverage-sector solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the full PT portfolio, including beverage production solutions (syrup rooms), water treatment units, and thermal product treatment units.
- Manage relationships with major customers and distributors, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and manage stand-alone PT projects within the assigned region.
- Work closely with Field Sales colleagues and BPE project teams to identity and execute PT opportunities.
- Cooperate with regional entities including Krones East Africa, South Africa, West Africa, and Angola to build and convert PT pipelines.
- Coordinate with PT KMEA and KPIN to develop customer-specific PT solutions and commercial proposals.
- Deliver targeted order intake growth in line with defined multi-year sales objectives.

- Year 1: €2,000,000
- Year 2: €4,000,000
- Year 3: €6,000,000
Your Profile You contribute
- Minimum of 8-10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in beverage, dairy, liquid food, or industrial processing equipment, including PT Units such as water treatment and thermal processing systems.
- Completed undergraduate degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
