As the Process Technology Unit Sales Manager, based in Africa, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of the PT Unites portfolio across the MENA region, with a primary focus on water treatment and thermal product treatment solutions. Working closely with Field Sales, BPE projects, and PT Sales teams, the position supports the development of customer-specific unit solutions and the expansion of Krones’ visibility and footprint within key regional markets.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop PT Unit opportunities jointly with Field Sales and BPE project teams, from identification through execution.
  • Manage and grow the installed based of water treatment units across the MENA region, ensuring long-term customer development.
  • Initiate and manager independent PT Unite projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Develop tailor-made PT Unit solutions together with customer, while optimizing and challenging existing Krones standard solutions.
  • Support Field Sales and PT Sales teams in strengthening Krones’ market presence in thermal product treatment units, with a particular focus on local dairy champions.
  • Address high-viscosity and liquid food market segments with the support of the Perfinox product range.
  • Contribute to pipeline development and conversion to achieve defined order intake targets.
  • Order Intake Targets:
    • Year 1: €2,000,000
    • Year 2: €4,000,000
    • Year 3: €6,000,000 

 

Your ProfileYou contribute

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in beverage, dairy, liquid food, or industrial processing equipment, including PT Units such as water treatment and thermal processing systems.
  • Completed undergraduate degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
