The Regional Sales & Service Manager bears full entrepreneurial responsibility for the NETSTAL MEA region. The objective of this role is the sustainable and profitable development of the business while ensuring growth, market position, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in Sales & Service.

  • ​​Ensuring a high-performing Sales & Service organization. 
  • Achievement of revenue, profit, and growth targets with full Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Further development of NETSTAL market position in the MEA region.
  • Lead and mentor team leaders to build strong leadership.
  • Implementation of the NET Group strategy within the market.
  • Ensuring compliance, quality, and financial stability. Overall responsibility for Sales & Service from a business, organizational and leadership perspective.
  • Communicate business objectives clearly across the team, and collaborate with other units to support overall organizational success.
  • Development and implementation of the business strategy for the market in accordance with NET and KRONES guidelines.
  • Building and further developing a performance-oriented leadership culture.
  • Management of strategic customer relationships and representation of the company in the market.
  • Ensuring efficient processes, clear accountability and effective reporting.
  • Initiation and management of change and optimization projects.

 

Your Profile You contribute

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of International Management.
  • Completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • 31% - 60% Travel required.
  • Experience in sales and business development, financial maagement, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
  • Experinece in international corporate and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
  • Langauge Skills – Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Operational leadership, influencing and negotiating, collaboration, decision making, communication, resilience and adaptability.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen.
  • Has continuous improvement mindset.
