- Lead and coordinate transformation and change management activities across the MEA region, ensuring alignment with corporate organisation design principles and governance.
- Develop a scalable and practical change framework to support transformation projects across the region, ensuring upskilling of HR teams and management.
- Lead and champion regional change management initiatives by aligning stakeholders, driving adoption of transformation programs, and ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change.
- Implement and align talent and succession frameworks across subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of processes and integration of Employee Development Cards, Talent Development Cards and skills matrices.
- Support subsidiaries in developing successors for core, critical and leadership roles, balancing operational needs with succession pipeline.
- Enable talent mobility across the region, by supporting transparent talent visibility, career pathing, and targeted development opportunities.
- Monitor talent risks, readiness, diversity, and bench strength across the region and escalate insights to leadership to mitigate and ensure fit for future preparedness.
- Lead and align all psychometric and leadership assessments, collaborating with external vendors and all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Drive the strategic adoption and optimization of AI tools and capabilities across the region to accelerate decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure rapid, high-quality execution, including the creation and scalable use of AI agents.
- Align regional frameworks with global frameworks and governance for leadership, culture, transformation, change and related talent processes.
- Align leadership and transformation priorities with business strategy organizational goals, workforce needs and regional realities.
- Design leadership assessments and development journeys including competency models, 360° feedback, readiness diagnostics, coaching and mentoring.
- Develop transformation and change approaches toolkits and templates based on business demands and cultural context.
- Assess and shape organizational culture using surveys, interviews, engagement analytics and targeted culture-building initiatives.
- Measure effectiveness, adoption and pipeline readiness through KPIs, post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
Your Profile You contribute
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Human Resources and Business Administration
- Completed master's degree in Human Resources/Business
- 21% - 30% Travel required.
- Organization design principles and frameworks, change management methodologies, talent management, talent development strategies, succession management.
- Strong expertise in leadership frameworks, assessment methods, culture, succession and enterprise change approaches.
- Proven experience designing and scaling leadership, talent and transformation programs and advising senior business and HR stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, consulting, communication, analytical and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Experience in optimising AI tools and capabilities and the creation of AI agents.
