The selected candidate will join the Project Management Department, based at the Headquarters in Fiorano Modenese.
He/She will be responsible for managing and simultaneously supervising complex intralogistics projects, either by leading and coordinating project teams or working independently.
The role requires availability for national and international travel to visit customers and suppliers, as well as to monitor project sites, with varying frequency depending on the project phase.

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial automation or plant engineering;
- Educational background in engineering (preferably industrial, mechanical, or electronic);
- Experience managing multimillion‑euro project solutions;
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee the activities assigned to the project team throughout all phases of the project lifecycle;
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage discussions and contracts;
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software packages – SAP, MS Project, MS Office, or similar;
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent);
- Knowledge of Italian and second language (French, Spanish, or German).
