We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Life Cycle Services (LCS) business.
In this role, you will coordinate LCS projects - focusing on organization, documentation, scheduling, and communication. While you are not yet responsible for full project management, you will gain the foundational experience needed to grow into a Project Manager role in the future.
All necessary skills can be learned on the job through a structured introduction and development program.
Key Responsibilities (Coordination Focus)
- You will support LCS projects operationally and administratively, including:
- Organizing and coordinating on‑site service activities
- Preparing project documentation, schedules and resource plans
- Tracking progress, timelines and basic budget elements
- Handling communication between customers, suppliers, technicians and internal teams
- Supporting risk logging, reclamation processes and quality documentation
- Preparing commerical offer components and assisting with calculations
- Ensuring smooth handover between Sales, Service, Logistics and Field Service
- Important: You will not carry full project responsibility at this tage (scope, risk, budget ownership). This becomes part of your role once you grow into Project Manager.
Your Profile You contribute
- Education or experience in engineering, business, project coordination, or similar
- Initial exposure to coordination, administration, or project‑related tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills; MS Project or SAP experience is beneficial
- Interest in technical services and international collaboration
- Very good English skills; Danish or German are advantages
