The Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and commercially curious Junior LCS Sales Manager to join our Life Cycle Services (LCS) team. In this role, you will support the sales of service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and modernisation solutions to our existing installed base of customers across the Nordic and Baltic markets.

  • You will work closely with experienced Sales Managers and technical specialists, gradually taking on your own customer portfolio as your confidence and knowledge grow. All required product and market knowledge can be learned on the job through a structured onboarding and development program.

Your Development Path & Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior sales managers in preparing offers, calculations, and customer presentations
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records, customer correspondence, and sales documentation
  • Conducting market analysis and identifying upsell or upgrade potential within the installed base
  • Participating in customer visits and technical discussions with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Coordinating with internal teams — Service, Spare Parts, Logistics, and Technical Support — to prepare complete LCS solutions
  • Following up on open quotations and supporting contract renewals
  • Learning the Krones LCS portfolio: service contracts, spare parts programs, retrofits, modernisations, and digital solutions
  • As your knowledge and customer relationships develop, you will take on your own defined account portfolio within the Nordic/Baltic region. Your focus is on selling: proactively identifying opportunities within the installed base, generating leads, and engaging customers in commercial and technical discussions. You will clarify requirements, align solutions with customer needs, and drive opportunities through to close. Offer preparation and back-office coordination are handled by dedicated support functions, allowing you to focus your energy where it matters most — building relationships and winning business.

  • Progression from Stage 1 to Stage 2 is based on demonstrated competency, not tenure alone, and is supported by structured reviews and mentoring throughout.

Your Profile You contribute

  • Education or background in business, engineering, technical sales, or a related field
  • First experience in sales support, customer service, or a technical/commercial environment
  • Genuine interest in technical capital goods, machinery, or industrial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with people
  • Structured and organised working style, comfortable with documentation and follow-up
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or CRM tool experience is a plus
  • Fluent English; Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Baltic languages are strong advantages
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic and Baltic region (occasional)
