• Responsibility for the planning, testing and implementation of processing solutions projects for sensitive liquid foods, including milk and diary products 
• Calculation and presentation of offers on the basis of service specifications or according to customer specifications
• Determination of process steps, creation of flow diagrams, description of the systems
• Creation of technical documentation
• Project planning and dimensioning of the entire systems
• Definition of technical specifications for requests to subcontractors, including BOM creation
• Preparation of the project schedule, P&ID and coordination of the specialist departments involved in the project
• Risk assessment and analysis
• Deadline and cost controlling
• Ensuring quality and quality control during the project
• Technical acceptance tests at the factory or on site at the customer's site
• Implementation of commissioning and acceptance tests as well as instruction of users in the operation of the systems
• Technical contact for customers and internal departments

Your Profile You contribute

• You have a degree preferably in the field of dairy, food technology, mechanical engineering or process engineering or have completed training as a technician or master craftsman from the food industry
• You have project management skills (PMP certificate appreciated, but not necessary)
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the food industry, process engineering or plant engineering and experience in the operation of process plants within the food industry
• You are able to communicate and work in a team
• You work independently and on your own responsibility
• You have a quick grasp of complex processes and issues within the food industry
• You will contribute your very good communication skills to our cooperative team and also speak fluent and business-fluent in English, basic German skills are well appreciated
• You are characterized by your willingness to travel
• You have basic commercial knowledge
• You have a driver's license
