• Drive order intake targets for the full scope of Krones Process Technology (PT) portfolio across the assigned Indonesia market in collaboration with local field sales teams.
• Place a strong emphasis on promoting PT solutions and units in close collaboration with Field Sales teams and BPE projects, ensuring early PT involvement and integrated solution positioning.
• Develop and execute stand-alone PT projects within Indonesia, progressively building a sustainable and independent PT pipeline alongside project-linked opportunities.
• Strategically build and expand an independent PT customer base across Indonesia, increasing PT stand-alone sales while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain a primary focus on the beverage sector, initially concentrating on Krones’ core strengths, including beverage production solutions (syrup rooms), water treatment units, and thermal product treatment units.
• Selectively pursue PT opportunities in adjacent market segments relevant to Indonesia, such as dairy, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, liquid food, high-viscosity food products, and Home & Personal Care (HPC).
• Ensure close cooperation with Krones Indonesia and regional Krones entities to align market activities, customer engagement, and opportunity development.
• Collaborate closely with PT APAC, Krones Izumi Processing Singapore, and other internal organizations to develop customer-specific technical solutions, concepts, and proposals, ensuring alignment between sales strategy and technical execution.
• Demonstrate high geographic flexibility and domestic travel mobility, supporting customers, partners, and project development across Indonesia.
• Work in close coordination with internal stakeholders, including teams based in Indonesia, Singapore, and other regional offices, to ensure consistency in PT strategy, opportunity management, and project delivery.
Your Profile You contribute
• Minimum of 8–10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in beverage, dairy, liquid food, or industrial processing equipment, including PT units such as water treatment and thermal processing systems.
• Completed undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• More than 60% travel required across Indonesia and occasional regional travel within Asia-Pacific.
• Highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex commercial deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Sales Force CRM systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
