- Lead, develop, and manage the company to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Oversee all financial activities, including monthly/quarterly/year-end statements, IFRS reporting, forecasts, cash flow budgeting, and Profit Center Calculation (PCC).
- Ensure compliance with local law, tax regulations, transfer pricing rules, and corporate governance; serve as primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, banks, and insurance partners.
- Implement and improve internal control systems (ICS) and risk management processes, ensuring alignment with HQ requirements.
- Manage and further develop Sales, International Operations & Services (IOS), and Finance & Administration.
- Represent the company in all public, legal, and commercial matters, ensuring legitimacy and compliance of business operations.
- Identify market trends, economic developments, and risks, providing input for strategy development and implementing countermeasures.
- Lead and develop the management team and workforce, ensuring a motivating, high performance culture and effective people management.
Your Profile You contribute
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A combination of relevant technical and business expertise gained through professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Managing Director or equivalent senior leadership role, with full responsibility for business performance.
- Proven track record in corporate strategy development and execution, driving sustainable business growth
- Full P&L ownership, including financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Strong knowledge of financial management, controlling, and performance analytics
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including labour law, taxation, customs, and social security
- Experience in risk management, including identification, mitigation, and governance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
- Comprehensive operational leadership across functions such as Sales, After Sales/LCS, Engineering, Finance/Admin, and Operations (IOS)
- Expertise in market analysis, business development, and identifying growth opportunities Strong experience in matrix leadership and working in multicultural environments
- Oversight of infrastructure and facility management
- Strong leadership with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- High level of accuracy, discipline, and accountability, particularly in reporting and deadlines
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of cost optimization and profitability management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support production and operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, auditors, banks, and external partners
- Capability to design and implement structures, processes, and financial systems
- Strong commitment to corporate values, quality standards, and continuous improvement
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
