- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities, and related government agencies to ensure smooth export operations and shipment clearance.
- Handle end-to-end export shipment arrangements, including booking, customs processes, and export procedures.
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (CO), customs documents, and other documents required by customers and authorities.
- Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce and relevant internal departments to obtain and process Certificate of Origin (CO) in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Dangerous Goods (DGR) and Non-DGR shipments, and prepare all related shipping documentation.
- Monitor shipment status proactively, identify and resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipment processing activities.
- Manage daily export documentation collection and shipment arrangements to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor customer orders and stock transfer orders from different storage locations to ensure product availability and timely shipment.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance, shipment status, and critical logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, customs requirements, and carrier procedures.
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field to the job.
- Experience in import & export documentation will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms).
- Good in computer skills especially MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) and SAP applications.
- Have negotiation skills and coordinate very well.
- Have a good attitude towards work.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Able to work in flexible hours or during peak period
