Job Purpose
The LCS Sales Coordinator- Is the first point of contact for allocated customers. The LCS Sales Coordinator contributes to the organisational goals by interacting with customers and Krones internal partners for all matters relating to spare parts, retrofits, change parts and KIC business units.
The primary focus will be on processing, planning, turnaround time for quotations, orders and invoices. In addition, the quality of response for all enquires needs to be professional, communication both internally and externally is paramount in this position.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinating of all enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices for spare parts.
• Following up on open quotations with Customers and Krones stakeholders, to ascertain status of potential orders
• Technical clarification of all queries before orders are placed, between Customers and Krones stakeholders.
• Keep Customers and Krones stakeholders updated and informed on the latest status of distribution timelines.
• Processing of all necessary documents accurately and timeously, as needed.
• Follow up on Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure delivery timeframes are met.
• Effectively using the escalation procedure to proactively prevent order delays and customer escalations.
• Invoice on a weekly basis.
• Weekly feedback task closure updates on the Billing Due list.
• Responsibility for the tracking of SL1 shipment to ensure on-time deliveries to Customer site, in collaboration with Warehouse
• Daily updating of the Customer shutdown tracker, with clear communication to Supply Chain and LCS PMs.
• Collaboration, support and Key Account specific requirements to be followed.
• Proactive participation in personal development along with direct line manager.
• Managing Monday Service board ticket system as well as Monday Board relating to other departments like returns and credit notes.

Qualification and Experience
• A National Diploma or Sales and Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• SAP experience
• MS Office
• Sales force/CRM experience
