Job Purpose
Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial quotations for retrofit projects, machine upgrades, and obsolete component replacements across the Krones portfolio. Ensure accurate, profitable, and timely quotations while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare complex technical quotations for retrofit and upgrade opportunities.
- Develop solutions for obsolete part replacement and machine modernisation.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure quote accuracy and completeness.
- Support customers and sales teams through effective communication and technical coordination.
- Maintain CRM and workflow systems including Salesforce, Monday.com, and workflow trackers.
- Ensure quotations meet commercial requirements and margin objectives.
- High-quality, technically accurate quotations.
- Competitive quotation turnaround times.
- Achievement of margin and profitability targets.
- Accurate maintenance of CRM and workload management systems.
- Strong customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
Your Profile You contribute
Qualification and Experience
- Essentially a technical background/education with related 2 years internal sales/coordinator experience .
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM and Sales force systems is preferential.
- Experience within a similar industry to KRONES would be highly beneficial.
