Your Role
To strategically manage and enhance the Operating Supplies (OS) product portfolio—including adhesives, lubricants, filters, and detergents—through effective project execution, process optimization, and supply chain development. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, international coordination, and frequent travel to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement across all operational aspects.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and further enhancing strategic targets for operating supplies (OS) products, such as adhesives, lubricants, filters, detergents.
- Execution of projects within the area of responsibility.
- Planning, optimizing, and controlling of the processes and tasks within the scope of the OS business under all economic aspects.
- Develops Marketing Tools (PPT/Trial Sales/Brochures with KIC).
- Coordinate stocking levels for adhesives with Material Management.
- Develop and improve supply chains.
- Evaluation, controlling and continuous improvement including monthly KPI reporting.
- Cooperation with International regions and headquarters for consistency and best practices.
- Networking and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and departments to ensure positive outcomes.
- Great communication and alignment.
- Travel approximately 60% or more (Foreign and domestic travel)
Your Profile You contribute
- College degree required or 3 - 5 years’
- Experience in the packaging and bottling industry (product specific).
- Requires strong knowledge of Krones product lines and or equivalent industry members.
- Must be able to perform work of a technical nature requiring the use of judgment and independent thinking where only general procedures apply.
- SAP experience and MS Office Skills preferred.
- Second languages are beneficial.
- A creative, self-starting team-player with a high-quality orientation and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.

- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
