What awaits you

The Electrical Technician is responsible for providing professional technical specialist support and service in respect of all Krones equipment so that equipment availability and efficiency is optimized and improved, and losses and risks minimized.

 

You contribute

  • Successfully troubleshooting and resolving machine breakdowns.
  • Building and maintaining customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization.
  • Provide timely feedback to the office on the progress of the work on site.
  • Carryout machine Overhauls, Retrofits and commissioning of new machines.
  • Support customers on spare parts identification and clarifications.
  • Prepare and timely submit fit for purpose project/intervention reports
  • Ensure that all interventions are carried out safely.

 

Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills

  • Diploma/University Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years in Packaging & bottling industry
  • Knowledge of Krones Technology and its range of equipment
  • Specialty in production/manufacturing Inspection technology
  • Exposure to complex projects
  • Solid and proven technical background
  • Very good negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, solution orientated, deadline driven individual with strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and strategic thinker
  • Project a professional image, lead by example, encourage teamwork and compliance with work processes and procedures
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally
  • Highly skilled in time management
  • Strong verbal and written skills
