Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Cover the selling of Krones bottling & packaging equipment in designated area to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, covering buying centers to generate potential business, while proactively developing new customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, maintain frequent communication with customers, and respond to customer inquiries and requirements promptly.
  • Formulate strategies under the supervision of the Dept. Director, support commercial negotiations, and adhere to KRONES' sales guidelines.
  • Be in charge of contract preparations and internal approval process.
  • Track and maintain customer and project data in the Salesforce in accordance with relevant policies. Record customer interaction details in the Salesforce.
  • Support LCS field sales for customer buying center approach to achieve cross selling.
  • Participate in industry events, collect and organize market intelligence reports covering competitors, industry benchmarks, and sales leads.
  • Other tasks assigned by Dept. Director.

Your Profile You contribute

Qualifications For The Role  

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in mechanics, electronics or engineering is preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in food & beverage packaging equipment or large electromechanical products. Mechanical, electrical or engineering background preferred.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Motivated individual with good personality and excellent interpersonal skills, having team spirit.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.), proficient in PPT creation and presentation.
  • Well organized, capable of displaying effective communication and commercial skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Able to adapt to frequent business trips, both domestic and international.
