Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales team as well as maintaining close coordination with other departments throughout the entire quotation process.

  • Preparation and summary of request documents for projects, including clarification with field sales before the start of the quotation process.

  • Ensuring the quality of quotations for projects with regard to compliance with customer specifications and agreements, monitoring specified deadlines, preparing quotation documents and checking them before they are handed over to Field Sales to ensure that the results from the specialist departments are correct.

  • Supporting technical quotation presentations and explanations during customer visits as well as on site at customer locations in cooperation with the respective field sales team.

  • Responsible for the translation of all technical document and preparation for quotations and contracts.

  • Interface clarification and project handover to CPM from order start meeting, as well as needs-based support for CPM in case of queries after handover. As the contact window between sales and CPM for daily communication.

  • Support during trade fairs, exhibitions, customer visits, etc.

  • Coordinate with the Field Sales to complete the quotation and contract work according to the internal process requirements of the company. And project tracking after completion of the contract.

  • Other tasks assigned by Dept. Director.

Qualifications For The Role

  • 3+ years of working experience in packaging equipment for brewing, beverage or other industries, technical or engineering background is preferred.

  • Bachelor-degree or above, excellent oral & written in English.

  • Proficient in MS office, be familiar with SAP system.

  • Well organized, good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Patient and strong responsibility. Strong teamwork awareness (no shuffling, not information transfer station role).

  • Proactively support and cooperate with sales colleagues to seek the most cost-effective quotation and solution.
