• Project Initiation. Review and validate project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and scope of supply. Clarify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key milestones in alignment with stakeholders. Participate in and support project kick-off meetings with internal teams and customers. Act as the primary contact for project-related topics after handover from sales.
• Project Planning & Coordination. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution plans. Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and service. Align resource planning and ensure timely availability of required inputs and deliverables. Identify project risks and initiate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Project Execution & Control. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Proactively follow up on key activities and drive progress across involved functions. Manage and coordinate changes/claims in scope, schedule, and cost in line with internal processes. Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
• Cost & Risk Management. Track project costs and support budget control and forecasting activities. Identify deviations and assess potential impacts on project performance. Implement and follow up on mitigation measures to minimize risks and delays.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication. Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular and structured updates on project status, risks, and key milestones. Manage expectations and support the resolution of project-related issues and escalations. Maintain effective communication to ensure transparency and alignment
• Delivery, Commissioning & Handover. Coordinate delivery, site readiness, installation, and commissioning activities. Support and follow up on FAT/SAT and ensure readiness for final acceptance. Ensure completion of project documentation, training, and operational handover. Monitor final delivery to ensure fulfillment of contractual and quality requirements.
• Project Closure & Improvement. Ensure proper project close-out, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and contract closure. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes. Support the standardization and optimization of CPM practices and tools.

Your Profile You contribute

• Experience working with turnkey machinery/line projects, food & beverage or packaging industries is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP/project tools (e.g., SAP, Project Cockipit, MS Project).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
