RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for technically reviewing and clarifying orders basing on customer’s requests.
- Understand Order clarification documents and keep communication with German Product Specialist on unclear points.
- Elaborate order BOM in SAP and change BOM on requests from either customer or internals.
- Create new mechanical designs basing on customer’s special requests, or localization needs.
- Complain processing: Analyze root cause, come out solution, plan and implement preventive measures.
- Technical support for internal departments, customer, and supplier.
- Creating documents with MS Office Suites, CAD tools.

- Other task related to Mechanical engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in mechanical design or engineering.
- Additional knowledge in Pneumatic.
- Basic knowledge in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge in fabrication process (machining, sheet metal, welding etc.)
- Experience in 3D software, Solid Edge is preferable.
- Experience in beverage equipment is preferable.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Good command in speaking and writing English.
