- Existing supplier management, regulation audit for supplier and unusual audit implementation
- New supplier development including supplier evaluation and quality systems/process audits, sample verification etc.
- Develop supplier process capability for new components, processes, modules or finished goods
- Technical clarification with suppliers, make sure all activities according to project plan
- Cross-functional communication on quality topics relate to sourcing activity
- Works with suppliers by applying continuous improvement on production principles and techniques to assure quality and services
- Supplier performance evaluation and provide data analysis
- Coordinates with suppliers relating to quality performance, trends, and corrective action. Verifies the quality system by performing supplier audits and surveys
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least 5 years’ work experience in machine manufacturing company as supplier quality engineer
- Strong internal/external customer responsiveness, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Be familiar with ISO9001 Quality management system, QC tools, lean Six sigma is a plus
