- Perform inspection of externally supplied components in accordance with quality plans and engineering drawings using CMM and other precision measuring instruments.
- Document inspection results in SAP/ERP systems, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Manage internal quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as RCA.
- Handling & effective closure of non-conformities
- Coordinate the segregation of inspected materials for dispatch to production areas or storage in the warehouse.
- Preparing the Supplier score card & communication in the defined frequency.
Your Profile You contribute
- Diploma (Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification.
- 7–8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and CMM measurement
- Hands-on experience with various inspection and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to independently perform CMM inspections, including programming and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
- Familiar with Root Cause Analysis
- Good knowledge of reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
- Well-versed in SAP systems and ERP transactions, with hands-on experience in quality documentation, data tracking, and process compliance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
