- Managing inspection and testing of in-house components in accordance with defined inspection plans and engineering drawings.
- Resolution of internal quality issues and external customer complaints using structured methodologies such as CAPA and 8D.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities.
- Handling of customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Led Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process and product deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.
- Train and coach internal quality personnel on measurement techniques and testing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain documentations including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Plan and execute process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and system requirements.
Your Profile You contribute
- BE in Mechanical Engineering Or equivalent qualification
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) within manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of inspection and measurement instruments
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including RCA, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma
- Excellent ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
- Able to lead FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk).
- Well-versed in Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
- Experience working with SAP for Quality Assurance related activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
